Whom We Serve

We serve individuals seeking spiritual insight and meaningful support as they navigate life’s challenges. This includes those facing grief, burnout, anxiety, spiritual dryness, vocational uncertainty, or faith-related questions. We also support individuals or couples who are working through relational strain, conflict, or patterns shaped by past experiences. Additionally, we walk alongside those carrying the weight of painful church experiences or religious trauma, offering a compassionate, theologically grounded space for reflection and renewal.

PLEASE NOTE:
Living Hope Spiritual Care is not a licensed mental health provider.
We do not offer diagnosis, clinical treatment, or therapeutic interventions for mental health conditions. Our services are intended to provide spiritual support and guidance, not to replace professional mental health care.

About Our Services

Individual
Support

Individual counseling sessions are one-on-one meetings with a spiritual counselor and are scheduled for 60 minutes. Depending on your goals, sessions may incorporate elements of spiritual direction, narrative work, guided reflection, and biblically grounded encouragement. Clients are encouraged to engage their current challenges through prayerful reflection and attentiveness to the Spirit’s leading. Frequency and duration of counseling are flexible and based on your needs and preferences.

Online
Sessions

Online counseling sessions are one-on-one meetings with a spiritual counselor conducted via secure video platform and are scheduled for 60 minutes. This option provides flexibility for clients who prefer to meet from home or live outside the area. Sessions are tailored to each client’s goals and may include conversation, spiritual reflection, and tools for discernment and growth. Many clients find that online sessions offer the same depth of connection as in-person but with the added versatility of virtual meetings.

Group
Sessions

Group sessions bring together a small number of participants (typically 4–8) for shared conversation, reflection, and encouragement around a central theme or topic. Each group is led by a spiritual counselor and may explore areas such as grief, spiritual formation, relational health, or life transitions. Sessions are 75–90 minutes in length and are designed to foster a sense of connection, trust, and spiritual growth within a supportive environment. Group offerings are announced seasonally and may meet weekly or biweekly over a set period of time.

  • Living Hope Spiritual Care is a fee-for-service practice, meaning clients are responsible for the full cost of services at the time they are rendered. We do not bill insurance, and payment is due at each session unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

  • Sliding scale fees may be available based on financial need and provider availability. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please discuss this during your consultation to determine if a reduced rate is available.
